Sorted Noise recently produced Kal’s latest record entitled “Haven’t Even Met Yet,” a record which is now building on the buzz already surrounding this talented country singer and songwriter. This week he is CMT Canada’s Artist of the Week! In the article Kal exclaims that “Haven’t Even Met Yet” is a debut CD to be proud of, and a great way of introducing himself to the media and potential fans that haven’t yet met Kal. “I have had the opportunity to work with some amazing songwriters on this journey. Kal has already received several nominations from the Saskatchewan Country Music Awards and won the 2009 award for Video of the Year for his song “Pink,” the last track on “Haven’t Even Met Yet.” The song and video are very moving portrayals of a woman’s experience with Breast Cancer and this song has brought much hope to its thousands of fans. The video was even sent out in a mass-email by the Governor of Saskatchewan whose wife was battling Breast Cancer as a symbol of hope and solidarity. Watch the video here:
